Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions (BPG)

If you find a lower rate for the same offer or rate plan on another website (“Competing Rate”), get in touch with our guest support team immediately. We will honor the Competing Rate if the claim satisfies all of the following terms:

1. The claim is submitted within 24 hours of making a direct booking through the official Dos Palmas Island Resort & Spa Website, and at least 24 hours before the standard check-in time at Dos Palmas Island Resort & Spa.
2. The claim contains all pertinent details of the Competing Rate including a link to the website with exact price being quoted.
3. The Competing Rate must be available when Dos Palmas Island Resort & Spa checks and validates.
4. The Competing Rate has the same booking conditions as the Dos Palmas Island Resort & Spa’s online offer. This means it has:
   • The same check-in and check-out dates
   • The same number of guests
   • The same room type with a similar view and size
   • Identical inclusions or additional value-added amenities (e.g. free breakfast)
5. If the individual making the valid claim stays in the reserved guest room.

PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need to make a direct booking on the competitor website. Simply email the complete details of the claim at reservations@directwithhotels.com. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours from the receipt of the claim to verify its validity.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

1. Unpublished or negotiated prices (e.g. corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates);
2. Special membership rates or promo rates offered through direct email or email solicitations;
3. Package rates (e.g. prices that include a combination of a room and airfare or car rental);
4. Bookings through a website that does not provide the name or location of the hotel until after a reservation has been made; and
5. Rates offered on on-request websites that do not provide immediate hotel confirmations (e.g. Asiaweb).

If you have a valid claim, Dos Palmas Island Resort & Spa will match that same Competing Price provided.

The Best Price Guarantee is void where prohibited by law. Dos Palmas Island Resort & Spa reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee for direct bookings or these BPG Terms at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
